Portuguese expats and the general elections on October 4

There are about 5 million Portuguese expats in the world.  In principle many of them have the right to vote in national Portuguese elections, if they register for voting.  But very little information about it circulates, and the procedures for voting are rather complicated.

In the general elections in 2011 all together 33.000 expats votes.  And in the European elections in 2014 the number of voters was 5.000.

Lots of work to be done! Also for ETTW.
